Sample answer 1:

Dear Mr. Korol,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to draw your attention to a pressing matter affecting our daily operations – the insufficient parking facilities near our business center.

As you are aware, a significant portion of our colleagues must park their vehicles two blocks away in an area with a concerning lack of social responsibility among its occupants. In my tenure with our company since 2017, this has never posed a significant issue until now. Unfortunately, as you may have heard, our colleague Nicol fell victim to an incident while returning to her vehicle in the aforementioned parking space. Given this unfortunate event, our team is deeply concerned about the potential for further incidents in this area.

Allow me to propose a viable solution to this issue. I have learned that there is available parking space in the multi-story car park directly in front of our business center, with ample room for our small team. The rent for this space could potentially be reasonable, considering the unoccupied fourth floor for the next six months. Financing such an arrangement could be within reach for the current fiscal year.

I urge you to consider this proposal seriously and take the initial steps to address this issue promptly, thereby enhancing working conditions. Moreover, if you are in need of a responsible employee to spearhead the resolution of this matter, please feel free to reach out to me. I am fully committed to ensuring a safe working environment.

Kind regards, Olga Aminova

Sample answer 2:

Dear Mr. Anderson,

I trust this letter reaches you in excellent health and high spirits. It is truly commendable that a professional of your caliber leads our organization, and it is undeniable that, for the past decade, issues pertaining to accessibility in the workplace have been virtually non-existent.

However, a matter has recently captured the attention of our workforce. Despite a significant number of employees acquiring cars in the last few years, the availability of parking spaces has been dwindling at an alarming rate. Many individuals are now spending considerably ore time than ever before navigating the chronic shortage of parking lots, and unfortunately, the situation appears to be intractable for our management.

Nevertheless, I had the opportunity to engage in discussions with the manager overseeing the nearest parking area regarding potential collaborations between our companies. Fortunately, he expressed willingness to offer a discounted rate if we opt to lease more than 20 parking slots. The required funds for this initiative can be allocated from the augmented budget designated for enhancing employee convenience. Implementing this solution would not only alleviate the time constraints faced by our staff but also allow us to utilize the entirety of the convenience budget, contributing positively to our key performance objectives this season.

If you have any inquiries or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I eagerly await your decision on this matter.

Sincerely yours,

Kirill Aminov
