Sample Answer:
The picture depicts the steps taken during the manufacturing of fish along with the transportation and selling of it. The process has three stages including preparation, processing, and packaging which are detailed below.
Fishing boats first begin the process of fishing by capturing the raw fish inside nets. These raw fish are then taken to a port where they are stored in a freezer to maintain their freshness. Once the fish has been properly cooled, they go through a preparation process which includes putting them under storage of fresh water.
These fish are then cut and salted where yellow coloring is added to help in improving its taste and appearance. Once the fish undergoes smoking, which is the last and most important step, it is packaged inside sealed boxes. The last step includes repackaging these boxes and cooling them once more, this time at a temperature of 0 degrees Celsius. The fish is then cooled down and stored in cold storage units where they are preserved for long periods and when asked, are sold to customer through refrigerated trucks.
It employs this rigorous procedure so that the fish can be as fresh and tasty as possible every time from the moment they are caught until they have reached retail.
